Terms and Conditions of Service

STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL (10-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, if this contract was entered into in your home, you have a mandatory 10-day cooling-off period. You may cancel this contract without reason or penalty within 10 days of receiving a written copy of the agreement.

1. Services Provided

Genesis Heating Solutions agreement to provide HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair services as specified in the estimate, work order, or service agreement provided to the Customer. All work will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with Ontario building and safety codes.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are subject to Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13%. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in writing. Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges of 2% per month (24% per annum).

3. Access and Preparation

The Customer is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the HVAC equipment and work area. This includes moving furniture or personal items as necessary. Genesis Heating Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from restricted access or pre-existing structural issues.

4. Warranties, Liability, and Risk Disclosures

Genesis Heating Solutions warrants its workmanship for a period of [X] days from completion. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

CRYPTOCURRENCY VOLATILITY & COMPUTING RISKS
The Customer acknowledges that the specialized computing equipment (Superheat H1) utilizes decentralized technology. Genesis Heating Solutions does not guarantee specific monetary earnings, Bitcoin yields, or total energy offsets. These values depend on the Bitcoin network's difficulty, global processing power, and market price fluctuations. Genesis Heating Solutions is a service provider and is not liable for fluctuations in the value of digital assets or changes in the profitability of the decentralized computing network.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing plumbing, electrical, or structural defects, mold, or consequential damages.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with [X] days' notice. If the Customer terminates after work has commenced, they are responsible for the cost of labor and materials used up to the point of termination.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
